China HK Power’s subsidiary, Gangneng (Wuxi) Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“Gangneng (Wuxi)”), has signed three new energy-efficiency upgrade projects, covering the Shenzhen International Exchange Center supporting hotel, Zhenyi Resort Hotel in Guangzhou, and Tongyuan Tower in Jinan. Under the agreements, Gangneng (Wuxi) will deliver customised high-efficiency energy solutions to support low-carbon development and green operations.

Shenzhen International Exchange Center (Phase I) – Hotel Project

Located in Xiangmihu, Futian District, with a total GFA of approximately 212,000 m², the project serves as a demonstration model for Shenzhen’s dual-carbon roadmap. Upon completion, it will enhance the Greater Bay Area’s high-end conference hospitality capacity and accelerate integrated development of the finance-plus-MICE sector. Gangneng (Wuxi) will provide a tailored HVAC solution designed to match the differentiated load demand of guest rooms, banquet halls and other functional areas, helping establish a new low-carbon benchmark for premium conference facilities.

Guangzhou Zhenyi Resort Hotel Project                                        

Situated in Liwan District, Guangzhou, with a total GFA of around 57,700 m², the resort project requires high stability in water quality and continuous energy supply. Gangneng (Wuxi)’s customised system integrates water-supply and energy-operation optimisation, reducing operational energy consumption while maintaining guest comfort and service experience.

Jinan Tongyuan Tower Project

Serving as headquarters for Tongyuan Architectural Design & Research Institute — one of Shandong Province’s Top-10 Class-A architectural design institutes — the project sets high expectations for demonstration-level building energy systems. Gangneng (Wuxi) will implement a full-cycle energy-system solution covering chilled-water purification, pressure stabilisation and scale-control management, extending equipment lifespan and significantly boosting cooling system performance.
