As June arrived, China HK Power actively launched its 2025 “Safety Production Month” campaign in line with the national initiative. With carefully planned activities across headquarters, business divisions, subsidiaries, and project companies, the Group aimed to raise safety awareness among all employees and reinforce its safety management system under the theme “Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response.”
Hubei Gangcheng organised a safety knowledge competition to encourage employees to learn through competition and strengthen teamwork. The company also carried out an emergency drill simulating an LNG leak and frostbite accident involving hazardous transport vehicles. With clear division of responsibilities and effective collaboration, teams successfully contained the risk and proposed improvements to enhance emergency preparedness.
Focusing on industry regulations and emergency response, Hubei Jinsheng hosted a safety knowledge competition with three teams competing. Judges provided on-the-spot feedback, turning the event into an engaging safety training session that boosted employees’ enthusiasm for safety learning and advanced the company’s safety culture.
Shaanxi HK Power Smart Energy combined themed seminars, case studies, and risk identification exercises to sharpen employees’ awareness. Using creative formats such as safety cartoons, staff were able to identify hidden risks in a more engaging way, linking theory with practice and significantly improving their ability to prevent accidents.
Lu’an HK Power carried out a variety of activities under the theme “Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response.” Company leaders personally supervised inspections and participated in exercises. Comprehensive checks were conducted at stations and construction sites, ensuring a secure and stable gas supply during the summer peak season.
Shaanxi Logistics rolled out a full programme including a launch meeting, risk inspections, safety training, and emergency drills. The company also worked closely with the local transportation authority to stay updated on industry developments, strengthening its safety management system.
Shaanxi Hezhi Zexi focused on fire safety, conducting special training and emergency evacuation drills. From leadership-led sessions to hands-on demonstrations of fire extinguisher use, the activities enhanced employees’ ability to respond to fire-related emergencies and strengthened the company’s overall safety management.
Ganghai Guangshui organised a safety knowledge competition on natural gas operations. Through team-based challenges, employees showcased strong technical skills and quick thinking, improving both operational safety and emergency response capabilities.
Jingdezhen Gangxing conducted an LNG truck unloading emergency drill alongside a safety knowledge competition. These activities tested the practicality of emergency plans while deepening employees’ understanding of safety protocols, creating a strong safety culture.
Aotu Management Group organised safety education sessions, fire drills, and distributed a Safety Handbook for Employees. To reinforce learning, all participants completed a safety knowledge test, ensuring that key principles were understood and applied in daily operations.
Through this comprehensive campaign, China HK Power’s subsidiaries strengthened employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, laying a solid foundation for safe and sustainable development.
