In recent weeks, scorching temperatures have continued to test the resilience of every worker on duty. To effectively prevent heat-related risks and protect the health and safety of its frontline staff, on 22 July, Shaanxi Hezhi Zexi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shaanxi Hezhi”) thoughtfully organised a “Cool Relief in Summer” campaign, delivering both care and refreshing comfort to its employees.
The company prepared a range of summer supplies, including rock sugar, mung beans, honey, and tea. These items not only help ease the discomfort brought by extreme heat but also carry with them the company’s heartfelt concern for its staff.
Led by General Manager Yang Aimin and accompanied by Union Chairman Zhou Hui, the team visited project sites including Xirui Beiguo Spring and Weiyang Beisi Village, distributing supplies directly to frontline workers. During the visits, Yang engaged in warm conversations, inquiring about both work and daily life, and repeatedly reminded employees: “Safety must always come first in hot weather. Adjust your schedules wisely—while tasks must be delivered with quality and efficiency, your personal health and safety are the top priority.” The thoughtful words and practical supplies eased the summer heat, and employees expressed their gratitude: “The company’s care warms our hearts. We will turn this encouragement into motivation and devote ourselves to our work with even greater energy, contributing to the company’s growth.”
Afterwards, Yang inspected the Beisi Village heating station, heat exchange station, and valve installation sites. Walking through the work areas, he carefully examined construction progress, asked about equipment installation and commissioning, and reviewed upcoming schedules. “Safety is the lifeline of corporate development, and the core foundation of every project,” Yang emphasised, requiring teams to strictly implement safety protocols: strengthen daily inspections, closely monitor high-risk operations such as equipment handling, and promptly address potential hazards. He also called for scientific planning of the construction pace—optimising processes and manpower allocation to ensure steady progress while maintaining quality, with the goal of completing the projects as scheduled and laying a solid foundation for future heating services.
This “Cool Relief” initiative not only provided tangible support to frontline employees working in high temperatures but also highlighted Shaanxi Hezhi’s people-oriented corporate culture. The company continues to place great importance on employee welfare, consistently improving working conditions and care mechanisms. Looking ahead, Shaanxi Hezhi will extend this spirit of care through more initiatives, enabling employees to grow together with the company in an environment of warmth and support.
